Welcome to Beta Pet Mart! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use our website.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or have the consent of a legal guardian
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a purchase
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of www.betapetmart.com and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
Orders and Payments
- By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the products and any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email, which includes an order reference number. If, we are not able to fulfil your order, we will contact you either via email or through the contact number provided.
- We use secure payment methods to protect your financial information, but we are not responsible for any unauthorized access or loss of data during transmission.
Vouchers & Discount codes
All vouchers and discount codes provided are valid for a single use unless otherwise communicated or stated.
All vouchers and discount codes provided are non-stackable.
Delivery
Delivery is free for orders above S$50 and above. If your order falls below the required minimum order value as stipulated above, there will be a delivery charge of S$10.
Please note that orders that fall below the stipulated amounts after application of discount codes will incur a delivery fee of S$10.
We deliver to all places in Singapore. We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed.
Delivery must be acknowledged by the Customer or his/her authorized recipient upon delivery.
The Customer should ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the delivery, failing which we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee for each subsequent delivery made.
Exchange Policy
All items sold are strictly non-refundable. Except for the following conditions:
Item is delivered in a damage condition or past its expiry date.
Item has a manufacturer defect.
The wrong item is delivered.
Submission/ Use of User Submissions
By submitting submissions such but not limited to reviews, feedback, and contests whether at our request or voluntarily, you grant us the right to freely use, edit, publish, distribute, and translate them without any restrictions. We have no obligation to keep your comments confidential, compensate you, or respond to them. We may monitor, edit, or remove objectionable content at our discretion, such as content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights or our Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not infringe upon any third-party rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or introduce any harmful elements like viruses or malware. You must not use a false email address or impersonate others when submitting comments. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your comments, and we disclaim any liability for comments posted by you or any third party.
Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Beta Pet Mart Pte Ltd, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
